A l’occasion de la première Université d’été qui s’est tenue au Musée de la Grande Guerre – Pays de Meaux les vendredi 30 et samedi 31 août 2013, Arndt Weinrich, chercheur à l’Institut historique allemand anime une conférence sur les idées de l’historien allemand Fritz Fischer.
